De Moda Apparel has a clear business objective to develop, produce, promote and distribute Mens Accessories, both product and services. These products and services have been developed over 6 months with a core focus on addressing the key customer problem and associated opportunities.

In order to deliver on this value proposition, we De Moda Apparel are different from any other mens accessory business out there; De Moda Apparel provides handmade products limited to a number of quantity, also being carefully checked before shipped to the client making sure that the customer recieves quality. Caring for the customer is number one priority.. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the Mens Accessories market. We consider our key competitors to be: Express, Calvin Klien, DKNY, and Kenneth Cole. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Express, Calvin Klien, DKNY and Kenneth Cole by Customer service being number one. Developing a personal relationship with every single one customer. .


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to prepare product such as Ties, Bowties, and Pocket squares with intentions to get feed back by the target. . This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to 12 months from today we hope to have De Moda Apparel up and selling online. Using many different social media sites to help promote the line and website. . These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Develope Product, Develope Website, Begin Promoting, and Beging Selling.
