In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we Search for what people want, customers enjoy being able to purchase quality homemade personalised/customised crafts from the comfort of their home (online) without having to search the shops for that perfect gift or wanted product.. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.
Competitors
We have a number of competitors within the Clay objects, candles, jewellery market. We consider our key competitors to be: Online sellers/tutorial makers via YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, twitter, tumblr, and so on. Many sellers and advertisers go through social networking sites like these to gain and build a client base. . Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with I am a unique business starter as I am hand sculpting and painting clay to shape and mould the products that customers want.
