Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Survival Schools, Wilderness Programs, by Creating a town from the ground up, complete with food and clothing in a realty show setting..
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Create a reality show to help At Risk Youth, approach companies to partnership with as sponsors, contributors, and advertisors. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Buy a piece of land for development and design a product line made by cast members.. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
