This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the Gaming, pool competitions, cinema market. We consider our key competitors to be: Chillas, bahamas , Dinangwe, smallz kitchen. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Install brand new arcade machines and pool tables. Put sound and new chairs.



And also going to sell drinks and pop corns . This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Upgrade my projector and sound, then change seats to comfortable sofa's.



Id also expand to making it a learning center for high school students. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
